  • 16th
The nameboard of a vessel, bearing the word Christiansand reported washed ashore at Tros Wick, Dunrossness, another bearing the name Edinburgh reported at Whalsay, two bearing the lettering E OLUS at Nesting, one with the word Active at Bressay, and at an unspecified location in Lunnasting, one with Holsatia. It is not known whether these boards bore the name or part name of the vessels, or the name or part name of the home port(s) of the vessel(s) concerned, similarly the fate the vessels is also unknown.
