Amsterdam

The Amsterdam in question was built in 1740 on the yard of Amsterdam for the VOC Kamer van Amsterdam. Unclassified of 850 ton.

Made one run to Batavia; left Batavia on 25th January 1742, passed Cape of Good Hope on 15th March 1742.

Probably lost in Shetland waters according to VOC records but no position specified.
