The Bay of Ulsta, (HU465794), is a small bay on the southwest corner of the island of Yell in Shetland, at the south end of Yell Sound.
In the bay is the Ulsta ferry terminal from where the ro-ro ferries operate to the Toft ferry terminal, in Tofts Voe on the Shetland Mainland.
Overlooking the bay from the north is the settlement of Ulsta.
