Gruting, (HU278493), is a small settlement in the southwest of the west Shetland Mainland, between Skeld and Walls, and on the the shores of Scutta Voe and Gruting Voe.
About 1km north of Gruting is the remains of the Stanydale Temple.
Gruting was also the birthplace, in December 1907, of Shetland poet E. O'H. Milne.
