While in passage from Wemyss, Fife, Scotland to Moss, Norway laden with a cargo of 289 tons of coal, this vessel wrecked at Burraland, Sandwick on February 20th 1900 during ESE Force 4 wind conditions. All of the crew saved themselves by jumping from the rigging on to the rocks.
