The Holm of Sandwick is a small islet which lies approximately 100 metres off Haa Ness on the south west corner of the island of Whalsay.
The measures approximately 100 by 100 metres and rises to a height of just over 10 metres.
Just to the north of the islet is the bay called Sand Wick, and to the west are a group of skerries called the Flaeshans of Sandwick.

The St Lucas wrecked on the holm on March 19th 1730, and the Alba wrecked on the Flaeshens of Sandwick on April 1st 1884.
