The Life Guard (PD361) (alternatively Lifeguard), a wooden hulled sail lugger fishing vessel, 12 L metres, 18 Tons, built 1876, owner and Captain J. Pirie, Peterhead, Scotland, registered in Peterhead, Scotland, five crew. While in passage, in ballast from Cullivoe, Yell to Peterhead, Scotland, stranded near Lunna Ness in NNE Force 3 wind conditions, on July 4th 1889.
