Little Holm is a small isles off the west coast of the sourth Shetland mainland. It lies approximately 0.6km west of the settlement of Scatness, between Lady's Holm and Scat Ness.
The Hoeyfaert wrecked on the holm on October 18th 1681, as did the requisioned steam trawler T 19 on October 4th 1916.
