Talk:Huney

This seems to be a bit of a "lost" page. It's not been touched since the site was set up, and just redirects to a page that doesn't exist yet.

My knowledge of the peerie isles up nort are minimal, so I'm not even going to try adding anything, but I'm tempted to either put it in the 'Shetland Islands' Category or then temporarily delete it until someone who knows the place has time to write it up. As is it's going to be confusing/irritating to anyone coming along and finding it or ending up on it from a link.

I wondered what "Talk Honey" meant ;-),, then I saw the spelling :-)))))
I'm looking at maps and islands just now, among other things, so leave it with me and I'll sort it out.
I think it's actually mentioned in shipwrecks, or had something to do with shipwrecks, braincell tells me German submarine WWII?????, anyway it's near Unst, possibly Balta,,,,,,, Damn, now I'll have to solve this tonight or I'll never sleep for thinking about it..  ;-)

I must be slipping up, I never noticed the "Honey" until it was pointed out. ;-))))

The link for Huney came up in blue in the last wreck I just put in, otherwise I'd never have known that "lost" page was there, it's a WWI UK submarine that was mined by a German one. There may well be others too though, that isle seems to be one side of the channel for Baltasound, and I seem to think I've heard that more than one submarine met it's end there and there abouts during the wars.
