I'm 99% sure it is. I read it somewhere, not sure where. But, to my knowledge he is the only Tommy Watt in Sandwick.
I'll ask my sister just to be sure, she stays there.

Sister says, can't confirm about being an artist, although she is sure he does something like that. But, she confirms there is just one Tommy Watt in Sandwick.

I ken he's an actor as weel as the curatorial wark, so if he painted too, it wid mak sense. Seemed ta me, doing the artists pages, that there's a veritable commune o painters doon about Sandwick and Levenwick :)
